These are the terms and conditions and contract of agreement for any work carried out by Designs by Wass. I recommend that you read and understand these clearly. By purchasing a service from Designs by Wass you agree to the following:
Payments
All design work requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to book in your slot in the diary. This is to be provided prior to starting the design work. The remaining amount is then paid upon completion of the designs. Payments are non refundable. If the client chooses not to proceed with the design, after the initial deposit is paid, the initial deposit is not refunded. If there is any unnaceptable conduct or abuse, designs by wass reserves the right to terminate any services at any time. Payments must be made via bank transfer or Paypal for international clients. Details of payment avenues will be provided at the point of booking in.
Timescales
The timescales for designs will be clearly set out at the beginning of the design process. Logos usually take a shorter timescale and design briefs take around a week or so. My working hours are between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. In order to ensure timescales are met the client is responsible for responding to design
proofs and queries within a reasonable timescale. Any delays in responses will impact the timescale of delivery of the final product.
Design process
The design process begins as soon as the client’s booked slot is scheduled. I require the contact form in my profile to be filled to get a clear understanding of your requirements. On the day of your booked slot I will create designs for your branding. These will be supplied to you with a watermark in order to proof the design.
Upon decision of the direction of the design, I provide two revisions for major changes, ie; colours fonts etc and one for minor changes. Any further changes will incur a charge per revision.
Delivery & Completion
Designs will be provided upon completion, once the remainder of the payment has been received. The designs will be provided in the format of PNG, JPG & PDF files. Logo PDF files are a vectored format which ensures the client can resize the design without pixelation for use on a number of platforms. Additional files may be requested and these may incur an additional charge. The files will be uploaded to a drive link which will remain active for 30 days upon delivery. The files can also be emailed to the client. The files must only be used for the purpose for which they are created. The client owns the full proprietal ownership, copyright & royalty of products and/or services developed by Designs by Wass. Designs by Wass retains and reserves the right to use any and all products and/or services developed by Designs by Wass for display on instagram and self-promotional portfolio purposes.
Designs by Wass retains the right to amend these terms, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions of Use. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Your continued use of our Service and this Site following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms. The client agrees to the terms and conditions set out above in the form of purchase and use of service.
